She was built in 1907 and sunk after being torpedoed in 1917. Wreck tour guide attached. (Including a misprint that describes it as \u2018A nice easy wreck shallow enough for basic training dives\u2019, its not J)<\/p>\n<p>The top of the wreck will be around 32m with seabed around 42m, this trip will be limited to Dive Leader (or equivalent) and above.<\/p>\n<p>We will depart from Bull Bay as it is a better slip for Ribs than Amlwch. The wreck is about 7 miles out from Bull Bay. It will be a fairly early start as we need to be on site in plenty of time to locate and shot the wreck before slack at around 10:20 am.<\/p>\n<p>Initially this trip will be limited to a maximum of 6 divers and run from the Delta.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the amount of interest from divers, availability of non-diving cox and a second tow vehicles we may put Top Cat on for up to 6 more divers.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday will be either a repeat of the Derbent, a dive on the slightly deeper Roan Oak of something else if anyone has special requests.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact Phil Darlington for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The plan will be to dive the Derbent , a World War One triple expansion steam engine powered tanker of 3178 tons.
