There are 6 categories for you to enter and the competition is open to all club members. Prizes will be awarded to all winners, with a shield awarded for the best above water photograph and a cup for thebest underwater photograph. The winner of the best underwater photograph will have their picture displayed in the club hall of fame on the stairs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Awards evening to be held on Saturday 28<sup>th<\/sup> November.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CATEGORIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Underwater UK<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Above Water UK<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Underwater Abroad<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Above Water Abroad<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Humorous<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Short Video (max 1 video per person max length 3 mins)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Open to all club members.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Photos to have been taken since Jan 2013 (last club competition).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum of 3 photographs per category per person (1 video 3 minutes long).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mixed above\/below photos can be entered in either above water or underwater categories as per contestant\u2019s preference.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Humorous captions can be included on images in the humorous category or sent in an email etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>6)\u00a0\u00a0Images may be edited using photo editing software &#8211; if people don&#8217;t have access to such tools then I&#8217;m quite happy to straighten or crop images for you.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Closing date 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0October<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Submissions by email to <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:markt.hickson@gmail.com\"><strong><u>hickson@gmail.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong> or by CD\/DVD or any other method you prefer<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Any questions to Mark Hickson.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ECSAC will be running a Photographic Competition again this year.
