For our first theatre trip since Covid, Pam arranged a visit to Buxton Opera House for some culture with a difference!

Paul, Pam, Maxine, Jane, Tim, Loz, Alison, Roger & Helen  all met for a lovely Mexican meal at The Lonestar in Buxton. We then walked round to the Opera House where we were entertained by the world-famous Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. This all-male ballet company present “a playful, entertaining view of traditional, classical ballet in parody form.” We were stunned, amazed, and entertained by their sheer skill, brilliant technique, and comedy.

We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and are keen to arrange another theatre visit soon. Stay tuned for the next event and come along and join us!
